Issue was with loaner vehicle being offered at time that the appointment was offered over the phone and then when requesting a loaner with UIC insurance rep indicated they do not covered so I needed to make other arrangements to get back to pickup the vehicle when ready. At time of appointment they should disclose that certain insurance are not accepted and maybe have a list somewhere so the customer can check and if not covered, be able to make other transportation arrangements.
