Since I work just inside council bluffs, there was resistance to help me which was disappointing. And somewhere there was miscommunication that my battery was replaced, which it was not. It was only jumped, but the information never got updated anywhere and I kept being told it was replaced.
Otherwise Lexus was very friendly, as always, and very prompt about everything. I appreciate the help.

When you tell a customer that a $350 tire cannot be repaired it would be nice to send a photo by text to the customer cell phone pointing out the position of the hole. They told me it was too high in the shoulder of the tire to repair. I would feel more comfortable if I had actually had a picture sent to my cell phone
