I will not be bringing my vehicle back to this location nor purchasing a vehicle from you again. I do not appreciate being dismissed when I had questions about my bill, which was wrong, because I am female. I highly doubt my husband would have been dismissed, treated or spoken to the way I was today. I have 2 college degrees & an IQ of 140 which is 2 college degrees & 40 points more than anyone I interacted with today. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he was off today. That was clearly evident.....
