I would rate my experience an 8/10. David at check-in was friendly and took care of us quickly. The dealership facilities were beautiful and the refreshments and snacks were appreciated. However, the inspection took much longer than the 1 hour estimate we were given and we had to reach out for a status update. When we went to pick up the car, we were asked to sign paperwork without being walked through what work was being recommended. After we asked, we were given an explanation, but there was no itemized estimate. We had to ask for a quote. We’re used to getting a detailed estimate that shows the cost for parts and labor from other dealerships.

I know they get paid for doing their job but it comes out genuinely. Give them a raise. Your service associates are knowledgeable and listen to my concerns and are pushy.
