Normally when I get the service from Lexus, if they want to do something on my car they call me and ask me for my permission. Normally my service cost about 250 to 280 dollars. This time I took my car to Lexus for service but they did NOT call me at all to get permission and when I go there to pick up my car, they ask me for about 613 dollars. With COVID-19 situation I lose many hours in my job and my economy situation is not good to pay 613 dollars. They should call me to ask my permission. Thanks

Poor communication. Otherwise nice people, but difficult to reach and without communication to let me know what was going on, I was disappointed. I dropped off the car on Tuesday late afternoon and picked it up late on Friday!! I didn’t use one of your loaners, and even then I had to wait 1/2 hr to 45 min. to get the car while my brother-in-law waited for me. I’m happy for your good fortune to be so busy. I wish it wouldn’t have taken 3 full days to get the job done though.
