I do not like having different service advisor each visit. The one I went to at 10K was not available today (15K). I told person who did write me up that I was going for a walk and was told car would be ready in 1.5-2 hours and I’d be called or texted when it was ready. I returned at 1 hour for drink and to use facilities. My car was out front in hot sun. (My car is stored in garage at home and on a hot day with black interior, made car excessively hot) I took care of my needs taking time to sip a drink and waited for that call. Never came. I had to go out and ask someone to check me out and there was a delay while someone was located to do so. Person who did help couldn’t answer questions about routine service (was the fob battery changed as listed in maintenance manual?). He didn’t know but found out not done and did so. What should have been quick was tedious and longer than necessary. Don’t know if I’ll make the long trip to South county again for mediocre care.
