You had a special for oil change , and I was charged extra $10 because you claimed my car took 7 quarts of synthetic oil , while the truth is the motor capacity is 6 quarts, so that was really disappointing, also the car wash took 30 minutes

Took 2 1/2 days for a routine service, then when I called 6 times, nobody answers. Had the service manager paged he didn’t answer. So left a message with operator for 2 days in a row. Dan finally called me back ok yes on Wednesday when my car was picked up early Monday. Not good.
