When I booked the service appt. They said I was due for an oil change, but when I got there I was going to be charged $150 for basically just a tire rotation which I get for free elsewhere. So I left and did not do the service. It was a waste of my afternoon. I would appreciate more transparency on what service is due.

I was there for an oil change. It was an appointment where I was waiting. Appointment should have been an hour max. I arrived 8:10 for 8:15 appointment, didn’t leave til 10:25. The people awesome. Just tired of service taking so long. This is why I go elsewhere for maintenance.
