Mileage in/out: 85781/85788, why your technicians ran the car 7 miles for testing? Last time 80,000 mile services at another dealer, they used only 2 miles for testing.
Why adviser did not mention a head of time services need 4 wheel alignment! My car has Firestone policy to cover 4 wheel alignment life time, I can get my car alignment free at Firestone later!
