Chris was helpful, kind and professional. However the "Quality Vehicle Inspection" report I was given (with one exception- brakes front and back and tire) contradicted the multiple service recommendations. If I did not read the report it would have cost me thousands of dollars. I was easily able to find affordable services elsewhere, and when looking more closely at the report realized that most of those services are not actually needed and were also not indicated in the inspection. For example he said my battery failed- yet the Quality Vehicle Inspection said the battery was checked and okay, and did not fail. So either you have to get your recommendations to line up with the inspection data, or something is off in your service department. I want to be able to trust the communication received when I bring in my car for service, especially and at the highest standard, from a dealership. The paperwork should correspond 100% to the recommendations made, urgency and so forth. Again, Chris was lovely to work with- but I was left with doubts about your dealership's service department on the basis of these reports and quotes sent to me.

I scheduled an appointment for a recall and a loaner. Confirmed everything that morning only to arrive and not be able to get the work done due to the hour long the wait for a loaner. I appreciate the ability to reserve a loaner. However, a heads up about the wait before I checked in would have allowed me to make a more informed decision about having my car serviced.
