I’d have appointments at 10:00 am with Anthony Lee for oil change, 5000 miles maintenance, thinking few hours car should be done, but I was so wrong, I’d end up wasting whole day at near by area, at 4:30 pm still didn’t receive text the completions of my car, shop close at 5:00 pm, I’d went back to dealership, found out my car is not going to be done tonight, May be done tomorrow, which will mess up my weekend schedule, Vanessa Ramirez-Tabor come help me check the status and work with mechanic specialist to rush finish working my car, with in an hour, most people already gone off work, Anthony and Vanessa stay, they’ve make sure my car is done & complete by closing.
thank you both of them for the wonderful customer service.
SIDE NOTE: if service department too busy, car May not going to be done the same day, it will be NICE to let me know, so I can make the choice to stay wait or reschedule another day, not wasting my WHOLE day in the area just for oil change :( :(

Dan was very professional today with my vehicle pickup and questions that I had. However - I went to pick up my vehicle and noticed a unusual order which I did not have before. When I got home I discovered my front driver side mat and carpet was wet. I opened my car door and let the carpet dry - however I still have a smell Please have someone call me for a follow up.

Lexus Escondido has the best service department in the industry. Anthony Lee and Robin were so great and professional, I have not seen or dealt with service team members bettervthan them. As a matter of fact the experience I had cannot be found at any service department in any dealership and I have dealt with many. Lexus Escondido is the only place I recommend to have your Lexus serviced at.
