I was told that my vehicle's first year service would be serviced and washed in 90 minutes. I decided to not take a loaner car as I had a 10 AM commitment. My car was not ready until 10:05 AM and that was without a wash. My service gave me a $10 food card but Ididn't use as I was going to be late for mu meeting.
