This is not the first time I had Cordis as my service rep. He does an outstanding job for me and I am sure everyone else who works with him feels the same. He really helped me out today with a last minute problem I had with one of my tires and a stop gap remedy to a replacement part my vehicle needs that I have been waiting on Lexus to deliver.

Service rep was good. After pickup and returned home, discovered leak in front passenger side foot well. Something messed up by service causing leak. Perhaps from AC unit (water leak is cold. Soaked carpeting and then eventually stopped some time after shutting engine off.
