Was offered free diag since it’s a repeat visit of the same symptoms. But all the tech did was disconnect my dash cam, and run what appears to be a vehicle health check for codes. My seat memory was reset which led me to believe they performed a vehicle hard reset, so I’m not too sure if they ran the codes before or after it.
Estimate mentioned that they will reach out to FTS but it doesn’t appear like they did. Since I work at Temecula Valley Toyota, at this point, I’ll rather take my vehicle in to our sister Lexus location since I trust the techs there.
