The Lexus dealer in Florida added a charge of several hundred dollars for nitrogen in the tires along with other charges for other items not included in the window sticker price. Now I find that not all Lexus dealers even offer nitrogen. Lexus needs to get its act together. You readjusted my drivers seat and put the cruise back on auto steer. If I steer what is the point of the car trying to steer and fighting me by trying to change lanes all of the time. A real safety hazard. Poor service on a very bad automobile.

Jeffrey explained in detail what was going to be done. He also explained why it was going to be done. Jeffrey explained how the electronic notifications would be sent. I also would like to commend the tech who worked on my RC for his attention to detail and how both Jeffrey and him took videos and pictures of the car as part of the overall service documentation.
