Nothing to do with Tyler. Very upset I was not advised there are extremely limited loaner vehicles. Had to cancel an appointment I had because I couldn’t get there, didn’t get my car washed or have rear brakes done because I wasn’t about to wait another few hours after already being there for 2 that I had not planned on.

I realize help is hard to find but training shouldn’t be skimped upon.
2 and 1/2 hours for a tire rotation seems a bit excessive.
We felt ‘out of the loop’. Everyone we talked to had to ‘check with someone else’.
