The staff are uniformly professional and customer oriented. The problem seems to be that service department staff are overwhelmed by the practice of overbooking. I needed a loaner for two days in order to get a 30,000 mile maintenance service. That resulted in my schedule being seriously interrupted to get to your shop twice rather than once.

Tire pressure report shows tire pressure at 30 all tires. This morning with cold tires the car showed 37 in front &36 in rear. Door jambs shows it should be 33 all around. I expected it to show 33. Also, maintenance required pops up on Nav screen on start up. This is my second try to respond as your web site timed me out trying to submit.
