I had an appointment set up for 10am. Thinking that when you have an appointment turn around around should be immediately. Well it didnt happn that way. Came back to the dealership at 4pm to see why my car wasnt ready, come to know Sofia had already left for the day with out givimg me a courtesy call saying that my car wasnt ready and that she leaving for the day. That is absolutely absurd. Ive done my past 2 oil changes at this dealership and never had this happened to me. Last 2 service advisors were on there A game letting me know and keeping in touch at all times, how it should be. I would give it a 3 out of 10 only because i had an appointment and didnt get my car till the following day. Not an exceptional service.

Tyler was great. No complaints about him at all. However I do have couple of complaint about the dealership as a whole. First, why’s the wait to talk to an adviser always so long. I’ve recently moved to San Diego and have been going to Escondido lexus and every time I make an appointment and bring my car in I wait over 20 minutes to see an adviser. It’s a waste of my time. Also the other dealers have snacks in addition to coffee/tea. But at this dealer, you ONLY have coffee. Anything else costs money. You don’t charge any less than other dealerships. I’ve done business with the Glendale Lexus and years and they are great. Wishing I can get some of the same perks at Escondido as I did at Glendale.
