Joshua was great, but I was hugely disappointed when I found muddy shoes from the front passenger mat on the passenger seat. I expected better care with getting my car serviced through Lexus. Instead I had to clean all the dirt from the shoes on the seat. I get it, the tech had to change the cabin air filter, but still didn't expect a Lexus tech to place dirty shoes on the seat.
