I brought my car in on Tuesday before thanksgiving for the 25k service. My service rep said they were a little short staffed and there might be a delay and probably would not get my car back before Thanksgiving. Told him that was fine. My service rep called me the night before Thanksgiving and said it looks like my car is ready but pretty sure they wanted to take a look at it again on Friday after thanksgiving. I never got a call on Friday that it was ready. Come Saturday, still no call so I left a vm for whoever was covering my service rep, Matt’s, asst. still no call back. Now it’s Monday after the long weekend and I called and left a vm with the service director at around 11 am. Didn’t get a call back until 330 pm that my car would be ready. I finally got my car back around 4:00 Still don’t really understand what that long delay was.

Everything was done in my car when I received it. It sparkly
clean and I was happy because you had it for extra days. I had a loaner car, so it didn’t matter how long it took a need it to order parts as the prior owner hand installed brake pad and a different vendors facility versus Alexis formation. The correct pads were installed but the parts for different, which created this event.
