Service was good. I continue to experience rattling/crinkling sounds from my rear hatch door that could not be fixed at the dealer after 7 attempts. I have reached out to Lexus customer support and am waiting for a follow up. Kudos to Crown Lexus for good service, shame on Lexus the manufacturer for selling me a car with a crappy hatch door. Instead of “Experience Amazing,” I have experienced “Experience Horrible Cabin Noises.”
