Chris Santos is an amazing service tech. He’s patient, knowledgeable and very respectful. He deserves a raise and all other service tech’s could learn a thing or two from Chris. He’s an awesome person!!!

-I was charged for a toll on the loaner even though I never went on the fast track or other toll roads
-my previous rep (Abel) always gave me a loyalty discount (I think 10%).
I asked about discounts multiple times to get the small discount coupon i provided when I checked in. This isn’t a big deal but I appreciated the gesture in the past
