Very impressed! They honored a coupon I saw on Facebook for $50 off $100 or more. My 2002 SC430 needed about $4000 of additional work. My rep was not pushy at all when I told him I needed to wait a bit before that expense. No pressure at all. My drop off was quick and so was the pick up. I thought something was wrong with the passenger seat adjustment. Evan kindly showed me how to adjust the recline without making me feel like an idiot (LOL)!

I ended up talking to the manager, I was so upset. My car was completed many hours after I thought it was going to be done, and then, after I was repeatedly told everything would be done, I found out the detailed wasn’t done! There was extremely poor communication between the service advisor and me. I was told many times, there was a new system in place, but I was always available through texting, or a call to my cell phone. I have never had such a poor experience at a Lexus dealership.
