Service man called shortly after dropping car off for service. He said my keys was falling apart which I knew. So I agreed with him to make a replacement. When I picked up the vehicle after paying online the key had not been made. Had to wait 45 minutes while it was being made. When arriving home I looked at my invoice. It was listed on the invoice but not done.
