Service was accomplished just fine. My pickup was on a Saturday when my usual advisor was not on, and the car was offered both unwashed (pretty dirty from sitting out), and with only one key. One of the service items was to duplicate the key, so someone should have noted I should be given both. These were promptly resolved, but moves the grade to 4 stars from a possible 5.

My Lexus is 14 years old. So they wanted to change some things that I had already done because of the mileage. It everyone was polite and efficient.

The service was wonderful. I brought my vehicle to be checked out after I had a tire bow out on the turnpike. Jeffery was very understanding. I wanted to make that the vehicle was safe to drive. Jeffery explained everything that he was going to do and especially if any service fee needed to be paid. I was very satisfied how the service was handled!
