Ronnie Crow is the BEST customer service agent we have ever had at a car dealership, having been owners of many Lexus cars since 1990!
Ronnie is excellent at setting up a convenient time for the drop-off and also is very accommodating on the pickup.
Ronnie carefully reviews the history of each of our 2 Lexus vehicles and provides not only the standard recommended service but also potential other proactive services as well.
When the services completed and we come to pick up our vehicle, Ronnie provides us of an overview of what to expect at our next service appointment.
