Both Paul the service associate and Paul the technician were excellent. Paul the technician was particularly impressive in how he worked with me to identify a rattle, then diligently worked to eliminate it. I was so impressed, I bought Malley’s chocolates for both Pauls.

Just picked up my car yesterday 12/13/22 for the 4th time in 8 months and as soon as I got home check engine light came on. I told them to please inspect the vehicle before I stop by because its not the first time this happens. Im just really sad about my purchase, I was told it had warranty but I leave 45 min away and cant be paying for towing every time it breaks. I need other options because the car apparently is not fixable.

Hassan has been my service advisor since I bought my car. He is always cheerful and offers to help out in every way possible. He reviews the reason(s) I am there and exactly what is going to happen and approximately how long it will take. The car is always finished when he says it will. He always offers a rental car and my car is cleaned before I pick it up. I have learned to expect the best…and get it! Such a sweet and respectful person!
