Christian was totally amazing! He treated me as I believe he would treat his own mother. He greeted me with a warm smile, and he addressed every one of my concerns with patience, kindness, and professionalism! He delivered on every promise that he made! Communication is very important to me. He would text and follow up with a phone call keeping me in the loop during this whole experience. He is a true man of his word! To my surprise, I received my car back a day earlier than expected. I will not hesitate to do future business with Christian Santos! Thank you Christian for a job well-done!
