Mike was extremely helpful and informative. He kept in touch with us regarding the status of our vehicle. The service time was extensive but we understand much was required to complete the issue. We were rather disappointed with the condition of the vehicle when retrieved on date of pick up. The car was extremely dusty inside and the gas tank was close to empty. The car also smelled of gas or fumes. This was addressed immediately to the service Manager, David. He was prompt in addressing our concerns and we were able to return the vehicle for another inspection, a car wash and detail and fuel was added to the car. Thank you for upholding our expectations of Crown Lexus the second time around.
