Nobody called me back though I left a message with a female associate when I tried to make a service appointment(11/30/22). I directly went to your dealership and made an appointment(9:30 am on 12/8/22) with a male associate (12/1/22). My appointment, however, was not found when I brought my car this morning. Your associates squeezed me in (this was very nice). When picking up my car, I found out that the paper work I signed was for somebody who drives ES350, not my car. At the end of the day, things worked out. And all of your associates are super nice. I am happy with these facts, but I am not happy with no call back, failure of putting my appointment in the system, and having me sign on wrong documents. I am an ESL person. So, pls pardon me for not writing well.
