100/10 satisfied with Jarrod! Took my car in for a major service on Friday, about $750 or so and from the valet, to the service advisor, to the brand new IS350 F Sport loaner, everything was great. Sunday I had a check engine light come on and I called the next morning and I was informed there would be no loaners available until Wednesday (by another staff member), two whole days later. Bummed out I took it around 10am anyways planning on waiting the entire day but Jarrod put me in a loaner vehicle right away without even mentioning it! Picked it up today and runs great, no charge and took care of everything. Great dealership experience

I come to Lexus because the service Assistant manager Scott is very nice and he knows how to get the best service for my car he checks with me first before changing anything and the price if I am comfortable to do it he usually emails me before my car is do for service, most of my friends have Lexus they go to Toyota for service because they pay less but I like my service manager and I have been coming there for almost five years I thank thank him for been professional and very caring.
