Everything fine except the refusal to fix a tire with a nail in it. Noted as unrepairable yet America’s Tire which has always been my go-to for tires had no problem with it. The nail was easily noted to not be in the unrepairable area.

It appears that your level of customer service is declining. During my last 3 service visits I have had to deal with 3 different members of your staff. Not once the person I had requested when making the appointment.
