Horrible experience first time & last time with this dealership!!! I got my money stolen from my compartment after they took my car in for service. Someone was going through my personal belongings so I had to go through such a hassle canceling all my credit cards. I’m never coming back here for their service again. This is very disappointing since Lexus is a well established dealership.
