I have always used LEXUS ESCONDIDO for my service work. Tyler is great to work with. I’m very happy with the work that the dealership performs. The only thing that I am not happy with is that I had to pay over $2,300 for a 60,000 mile service. I think that is an unfair amount to charge for a scheduled service visit.

This was my first visit to you. No comparison to SD Lexus..,,I was so impressed with Sofia and the services while I waited for my car. At first I was skeptical on waiting as I usually grab a loaner. I was able to work at the desk station for guests, grab a complimentary breakfast treat and enjoy the massage chair!
Since it was my first visit, the young man who greeted me in the service drive walked me in to the waiting area and Sofia walked me to the work desk where I was able to get some work done.

I already left a message on our first survey. Our sales person Ray was great through most of the process until we got to the end when he had to give us our car. I know he was very busy that day selling cars but when you do sell one, you should make sure that you do a complete job with your customer. It seemed as though Ray wanted to get rid of us fairly quick instead of going over the car a little bit more. When we went to fill out our contract, we asked for a printed copy and the gal who was working with us ran out of paper so she said she would email it to us. I think she could’ve simply went and got some more paper and finish the job. It took you guys a long time to email us the paperwork , because we actually had to call and ask you to send it to us because it was never sent. And we only got one key for the car, which seems kind of ridiculous. Ray said they would be sending it to us yet. We have not gotten it as of today.
