Everything was great until I went to pick up my car and there was no one there at the desk. I had to ask 3 or 4 employees for help and stood there for 10 minutes until the service manager finally agreed to help me. I didn't appreciate this experience at the end of my work day and expect better service from Lexus.

Matt is a great guy and always looks out for the best remedy regarding maintenance and services for the vehicle. I did have some issues and frustrations regarding my car being in the dealership for repairs for a month. The director Josh was brought on board by me because of it and he did make the necessary decisions to make me happy.
