When I booked the service appointment via the Lexus website the service was 216 dollars . Anthony Lee said the service would be 329 dollars for oil change , tire rotation and inspection . I’m not coming back to the dealership. For an oil change and tire rotation this price is not fair. I’m disappointed and unhappy .

I don’t like the use of an app to schedule an appointment, because I end up repeating everything to a representative. I don’t like the bill summary sent to me because it is difficult to bring up, read and understand. The agreement I made with service manager about final price is never included in final bill when I go in to pay. The service manager has gone home and the young clerk finalizing payment has no clue to what is going on. This happens repeatedly in the last three or four services. This whole process is not well thought out!
