ce should be excellent and so was the customer service support person Fiona. However, I had called and confirmed with your service/part dept. that they had the drive belt in stock prior to my appt. When I arrived on my initial appointment on 4/3/23 after waiting probably 45 minutes I was informed they did not have the part for my suv & it would not be ready for at least six hours plus. I was offered a loaner but chose to take my own car as I had errands to run and would have to make a double trip regardless. It would’ve been appreciated to offer a discount on my service invoice for the inconvenience but it was never mentioned. Other then that I believe everything else is fine. Thank you.

Daven is great, and I really value his service as should you.
However, there was the confusion with the construction upon drop off. When picking up my car, I waited over 5 minutes in line just to have someone take the return. The car in front of me was being helped by someone, which for some reason took a lot of time. There were others at the outdoor desk, but no-one came out to assist. When I finally was to receive my car, I was told to wait and someone would drive it up. I waited several minutes. I happened to notice my car parked behind me. I had to walk up to the outdoor desk to ask for my keys. Poor service.

This is the second car that I’ve purchased at this dealership. The sales staff did a fantastic job. Only one complaint is the cars extra key remote did not work. I replaced the battery ant home and it still doesn’t unlock the doors or trunk.
