Work not completed because although I have an extended warranty, was told the defective parking sensors were due to my driving, which is normal wear and tear. Need to speak to a Regional Dir., as I spoke with the Carlsbad Sales mgr., he never got back to me, although he said he would. Car sat at Esco Lexus for 5 days while I used a loaner that pulled and I didn’t like. Pretty annoyed and dissatisfied right now.

He was thorough and recommended a separate appointment for the diagnostic issue so I wouldn’t have to wait too long after the routine maintenance was done. He arranged a loaner in advance for the next appt. He also recommended the more thorough maintenance to be done as we are planning to drive the vehicle cross country.
