No Lexus rental car available when I had made appointment I was set up for one. Shuttled to car rental they had no cars said it would be 1 hour . Missed my appointment and was charged a no show fee which I am not happy about. I picked up my car and did not get it serviced. I am hoping there will be some sort of compensation for this extremely negative experience. This is not what I expected as a Lexus dealership. I have left 2 messages for the service manager with no response. Getting ready to write a yelp review regarding this experience.
