With grave nods and many a “verily, all is well,” he proclaimed the work to be swift, and—lo—it was mostly so. He spake in confident tongues of parts and labors unknown to mortal men, yet my carriage emerged healed and whole. Thus do I declare Sir Paul a worthy steward of wagons, and would entrust him again, should my steed require tending.

My service adviser was incompetent bottom line. I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. Arrived on-time at 10:30am. The promised loaner car wasn't available no problem. We were sent to Enterprised after waiting over an hour for a vehicle we were offered the bottom of their fleet. So, I returned to Lexus with 2 other customers. I asked Ernesto for a qoute to replace 4 actuators on RX350. He promised to put together a qoute and email it to me. I recieved an email and no-qoute. So, I drove to Lexus E.C. he handed me a qoute of approximately $2900. Parts & labor. He mentioned he maybe able to get a better price. He said he'll speak to a manager and get back to me that was Thursday before my next appointment on Tuesday. On Monday I still had not heard from him, so I stopped by. He took the qoute he originally gave me on Thursday the previous week, and went to speak to Jason. He returned telling me the price should have been $5200.00 for 4 new actuators. He started getting all worked-up and agitated because the original qoute was not right. I was apparently suppose to understand that $2900. Plus another scribbled price of $1500 for labor, should be reasonably understood. The qoute had another customers name, address and phone number as well as vehicle information. Ernesto seem to think that was a professional way of handling business. I consider handing out customer information to other customers is a breach of confidentiality. Yes, Ernesto I can take my business elsewhere where it is valued and my business is kept confidential.

Great service, communication, transparency.

Justin did fine. I am disappointed that the detailing team didn’t contact me about the filth under the PPF on my hood that could not be cleaned so that the outside detailing barely improved the look of my Lexus. How long does the PPF last before it becomes an eyesore? I am trying to determine whether it is worth replacing or just removing it. They also forgot to return my cargo net into my car.

The car wash was done just going through the motions. There were hard water stains on the side view mirrors and all along the rear of vehicle. Considering that a car wash is part of the service, I expect the car to be clean with no obvious spots that were not cleaned. Everything else net expectations.

Good experience but 2 hr wait for service to be completed. Thought it would be faster
