This was my first time servicing my Lexus Gx460 at South County Lexus and I was very happy with the process. I was greeted courteously and promptly by your greeting staff, then RGD came out and helped me with my appointment and was a genuine pleasure. He’s personable, polite, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.
