My appointment started 20 min late. I had a tight schedule and it made me late. I was incorrectly told that I would need to return the loaner by 8:00 am the following day. The policy is 24 hrs after your car is done. I was made to think that changing my wiper blades and aligning my tires was an emergency. They were written with a red background and texted to me. I’m not trusting Lexus and don’t see myself buying another Lexus.

Here are my issues: 1) I get so many requests to schedule service…and then when I do call to make an appointment they have no idea who I am or why I am bothering them. 2) Waited way too long for my oil change this morning, 3). Service writer had no idea my car was ready, I had to tell him (because I could see it parked there) and it was only at that point that my paperwork was started.
Please don’t contact me. Please visit any Toyota dealership in the area to see how to run a service department.
