SOS button wasn’t working and scheduled an appointment on a Saturday. Took my vehicle in and was told the service technician for SOS doesn’t work on Saturday. Why would your person scheduling make an appointment for me if the tech wasn’t even working. Unacceptable and not Lexus.

I have very bad experience with the service team. And this is not I expected from Lexus. We bought a brand new car back home and found out at the same day that the right side of the 2nd row cannot recline by pushing the button at the back. The left side is OK. And then we went to the service at the weekend. And then the people told me that I need to leave the car for few days to check but no loaner car for me. I am not happy since this is a brand new car and I notice the defect right after I back home. And then I made an appointment and came in the next weekend 9:00am I show them the defects, do a personally physical demonstration, and explained what happened. And then I leave my car and back home. And I receive a call at 1:30p.m. said that my car was fixed and good to go. I went to your service center again and found that nothing done. And then your staff call a technical people and he told me that he did not recognized the issue I told. He said it did not mention properly on the job order. And then he told me that he did not fix anything and thought that my car is good. I was so mad at that moment, nothing I could do but left my car and pick up another loaner car again. And then today I found that the service charge me a bill $15.**** for the gas. I was shock. You did not fix my car, waste my time and ask me for and back and then charge me the gas for what?????? Do I need to charge you guys my hourly wages? Is it the way to solve the problem? I talk to the service people today and then he just replied me : I am not the one charge you. What? Then? Who charge me? And to whom do I need to talk to? Besides, I call the staff and he said with a customer and will call me back in 10-15 min but then I did not receive any reply after one hour. And then I call again. And finally he told me that is an issue that cannot fixed and all the cars same. I really don't believe it. And then why nobody tell me until I call? And nobody inform me to take back my car if you cannot fix? I was 101 % disappointed with the service and this is a right way to dealing with the customer?

My car was serviced Saturday morning and when I left the dealership and got on the freeway I noticed immediately that the car was tracking to the right a few seconds after I took my hand off the steering wheel. I called the dealership and was unable to talk with them so I left a message on their phone. I will be returning to the shop Monday morning to see what we can do about this. Thank you, Daniel L
