My appointment was for 1:00. I arrived at one, pulled into a line & waited ten minutes before anyone approached me. I waited another ten minutes before I was told to be patient. Everyone seemed very disorganized.
This was not the case on my prior two services.
I assume this was because of your remodeling.

He was able to provide a loaner for me and the work that was done was in the estimated timeframe and cost he had indicated. He checked in daily to give me updates.
