Robert was great. I had & have multiple repairs and Robert didn’t push me on them except the most needed. We did 1/2 the repairs and I’ll be back to take care of the other half. I REALLY appreciated the fact he didn’t push me into the additional because total repairs were around $4000.00. We have a Lexus 2007 ES350 with 57000 mi. and I’ve not been back since 2020 because of serious medical issues Robert asked about our problems and without hesitation worked with me to correct them next month.
