Davin was excellent, but I waited for 20 minutes before anyone took care of me , even with an appt. Then the installation of the undercarriage cover took much longer than expected and the part was way more than I had been quoted when I ordered it. Then it took 20 minutes for the staff to find my car once I was told it was ready.

Service took much longer than I anticipated. Conflicting text messages also conflicted with what I was told by the service writer. On every visit, I am confronted with a litany of the unneeded service needed. One time the brakes are bad, next visit with nothing being done to the brakes, the brakes are fine. Alignment is needed but there is no mention that the vehicle was even checked other than a visual inspection, and no mention of uneven tread were, camber, caster, or toe in out of factory specs, The car dives straight as an arrow and has never been damaged and with very low mileage. Air conditioner condenser needs service, really! Today another pitch was added in, a failed battery test. Even if it did fail why would I believe you since everything else has been falsely reported to me? Very, very tired of the attempted selling of further unneeded service, bordering on illegal practice as described by the Bureau of Automotive Repair "The Bureau strives to protect and serve California consumers by ensuring a fair and competitive automotive repair marketplace. JURISDICTION The Program resolves complaints and has jurisdiction over the Repairing, servicing or maintaining of automobiles, motorcycles and motor home chassis, including smog inspection and repair".
