Mechanics didn’t even look at the two requested reasons why I brought the vehicle in. Did a whole bunch of extra work to it for zero reason (just to charge me an arm and a leg) and when I told Ben I wanted a refund and that I was going to take my business else where when it comes to vehicle maintenance and he said well we could just give you the loaner for another day… No! That means I have to request another day off to come and deal with something that should’ve been dealt with during the appointment! Should’ve taken it so I could send in a bill for my hours and pay!
WASTE OF TIME! Makes me question purchasing from this dealership if this is the type of customer service they hand out after paying high inflated fees.
