Fiona Jia was outstanding! She gave me an accurate estimate of how long the work would take and, when photos and recommendations for repairs were emailed to me by the technician, Fiona called to discuss them with me. I met with her and she enlarged the photos on her computer and pointed out why the repairs were needed. The repairs would take several hours to complete, and Fiona offered me a loaner in case I needed to take care of other matters, and then return for my car, the same day or the next day. I declined the offer because my wife was able to pick me up. I greatly appreciated Fiona’s concern for my time and my convenience. Her service was excellent - clear and prompt communications, and a warm, caring, professional attitude. She exceeded my expectations and I will request her services when I come again.
