I dread going to the service center. Always takes 20+ mins to check in. Over 3 hours for an oil change. It is horrendous. I will never be back. 2 new vehicles and over 150k spent there the past 2 years. Your service center will probably make me never buy another Lexus in my life. It is always a terrible experience. Nothing personal against my last representative because in the 6+ past times I have been here it has always been the same. Maybe a change in the process is due!
