I’m definitely coming back again. Everything was completed on time with good workmanship. They brought up that my floor mats were not compatible. This could have potentially resulted in an accident due to the gas pedal possibly getting stuck on the floor mat. The car was also cleaner than before. I think they vacuumed and washed it for free. Bottom line. It looks brand new. Thanks Josh.

He was very focused on assuring us that the problem would be resolved considering the high cost of repairs to a loyal Lexus owner of three vehicles in the last four years. Lexus is the number one maker of vehicle performance and reliability for a reason - our car was repaired without contention free of charge.
